The world-famous Leipziger Messe is described by adjectives such as modern, innovative, service-oriented and agile.
The Leipziger Messe trade fair center and area with full and exclusive use, including Congress Center Leipzig does have 272,300 square meters.
All competition-facilities are permanent.
Every year, the trade fair and exhibition centre hosts numerous trade fairs, congresses and major public events. In 2008, it attracted 10,000 exhibitors and 1.5 million visitors.

All facilities are permanent. All halls have state-of-the-art fitout. Clearance at the centre of each hall is at least 12 to 16 meters. Hall 1 is specially well-suited for tall stand designs and can also be used for special and large-scale events (sports, shows and concerts).
Congress Center Leipzig
The Congress Center Leipzig is one of the most modern conference centres in Europe. Located next to the Exhibition Center, it is embedded in parkland and blends the highest architectural and aesthetic requirements with the most advanced multimedia and telecommunication facilities. In short: The CCL offers an exceptional atmosphere and high-tech for the senses.

- 5 halls: - 1 hall with a capacity of 1,000 - 2 halls for 380 persons - 2 for 200 persons
- conference rooms and 6 seminar rooms of different sizes with a capacity of 30 -100 persons
- 4 banqueting rooms and 2 multipurpose areas
- Additional conference facilities available in the Messehaus
In addition to the rooms in the Conference Center Leipzig, the Messehaus offers an attractive facility and light-flooded foyer areas with space for more than 1,000 people. This would be suitable for meetings such as the General Assembly and for small- to medium size meetings such as conferences, forums and working groups.
Highlight of the Leipziger Messe: The Glass Hall
The light-filled Glass Hall is the heart of the Leipziger Messe – and is directly connected to the exhibition halls and the Congress Center Leipzig. It acts as the entrance to the whole trade fair complex and contains a number of amenities, a restaurant, evergreen magnolia trees and various event and presentation areas. The impressive building also offers a suitable setting for events and the supporting program.
